Organic brown rice cakes ( or equivalent multigrain/rye cracker)
ABC Spread – Almond, Brazil nut and Cashew nut spread (available in good health food shops and supermarkets)
Hemp seeds – available in good health food shops
The process here is self explanatory so slap it on and crunch it down! It is also delicious with sliced banana, especially when strawberries are out of season.

The hemp seed is a great source of protein and omega 3s so is a particularly awesome food for vegan & vegetarians. They taste like ground nuts and are great on breakfast cereals and sprinkled over salads.
