Nutritional Talks

One of the things I enjoy most about my job is getting out there and talking to real people, finding out what works for them and supporting changes they may need to make. My talks are fully interactive and fun. I encourage participants to ask questions, get some hands on experience within the area of nutrition they are interested in. I provide an easy to follow powerpoint presentation, handouts on important points to remember and bring in various products that enable the attendants to read labels affectively with my guidance. Also when applicable, I do food demonstrations and provide recipes so they can be made at home.

Here are some of the areas in which I have worked:

Cinzia’s friendly and approachable style is complimented by a passionate and clear interest regarding the most current developments in the field of nutrition. She has a natural ease with others that makes learning interesting and interactive. Her practical approach allows for the very best outcomes for students.”

– Anesti A Cosmas, PE teacher , Northland Secondary College

” As a kindergarten teacher- my parents loved Cinzia’s talk – organise it now. I am looking at having 2 parent talks next year!”

 – Sally Ceccanti, Mt Waverley Preschool

Thank you so very much for your talk, the girls really did appreciate it, it was fantastic. I know we will certainly be keeping you in mind for next year’s talk for a similar program and I will let the Food Technology teachers know how brilliant you were. ….the information you had given the girls about food and nutrition and food choices has gone a long way. My class I know had some fabulous discussions about what is considered health and what is not. ”
– Dani Li Rosi, Head of Health and Physical Education, Presentation College Windsor

‘Cinzia gave us a presentation that was both engaging and informative. Her onsite demonstration showed how easily healthy food options could be achieved and her power point presentation conveyed a wonderful range of lunchbox ideas. Cinzia was able to respond easily with the parents who sought her nutritional advice during the presentation. I heartily recommend that other schools invite Cinzia to speak at their school.’
